Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada has been the Afghan American actress in the United States who has appeared in numerous television series. The family she was born into fled Afghanistan, and tried to seek for asylum in US. The actress was born in the US. Ghanizada is the middle child from two siblings, and brought up to a young age in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada started her career in TV by playing in a number of National Commercials. Ghanizada was awarded an honorary award for the role of Chiara who was the lead character in Laura Neri's 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose. She appeared as an actress in numerous TV shows, such as How I Met Your Mother Veronica Mars Wedding Bells Num3RS Bones Psych & Castle. Recent roles include a role as a support in Blood Shot, (2009) inspired by the science-fiction movie Blood Shot and independent comedy You Only Better (2009).
