Ana de Armas bio

Ana Celia de Armas Caso was born in Cuba and raised to Spanish parents. She started her career in Cuba by playing a lead character in the romantic drama Una rosa de Francia. The actress moved to Madrid in Spain when she was 18 and starred for six seasons, from 2007 to 2010, on the cult television show El Internado. From 2007 to 2010, in Los Angeles, de Armas was seen in English roles in films such as The psychological drama Knock Knock 2015 and the comedy/crime War Dogs 2016. Her fame was boosted by her character as the hyper-realistic AI projection Joi in the science fiction film Blade Runner 2049 (2017). Ana de Armas was Ben Affleck's girlfriend before he married Jennifer Lopez. Affleck as well as Ana de Armas dated for almost a year after working as a couple in Deep Water. Ana de Armas got more focus because she was with Ben Affleck. This was not exactly the kind of person one would want. Fortunately, the series will be continuing with Ballerina, an upcoming spinoff starring Ana de Armas as Rooney as a murderer who appears in a minor role in John Wick: Chapter 3 -the movie Parabellum (where it was as played by Unity Phelan). John Wick 4 has no reference to Ballerina. This is a surprise. Ana de Armas is worth four million dollars by 2023. The actress was only 12 years old when she made the decision to become an actress. Ana de Armas trained at the National Theater School of Cuba.
